Terms & Conditions of Bookings

To confirm bookings one nights tarriff is required within 14 days of your booking, balance payable on arrival. During peak periods a deposit of 50% is required one month prior to arrival, balance payable on arrival. Deposit may be retained if the following conditions are not observed; Peak Periods - 30 days notice required, Off Peak Periods - 14 days notice required. Maximum number of people the house can accommodate is 17.
