AUD $440 per night.

AUD $40.00 per person, per night for each additional adult to a maximum of 17 people
AUD $20.00 per night for children under 12 years
AUD $10.00 per night for children under 3 years
Minimum stay is 2 nights or a surcharge of AUD $10.00 per person applies.

Part of the house

Double or twin AUD $55 per person per night.

AUD $40.00 per person, per night for each additional adult to a maximum of 5 people

AUD $20.00 per night for children under 12 years
AUD $10.00 per night for children under 3 years

Sole occupant

AUD $90.00 per night (one person only)

During Off Peak Periods stay 7 nights and pay for only 6.

Booking Notes: To confirm bookings one nights tarriff is required within 14 days of your booking, balance payable on arrival. During Peak Periods (School Holidays and all long weekends) a surcharge of AUD $10.00 per adult, per night is applicable. During peak periods a deposit of 50% is required one month prior to arrival, balance payable on arrival. Deposit may be retained if the following conditions are not observed; Peak Periods - 30 days notice required, Off Peak Periods - 14 days notice required. Maximum number of people the house can accommodate is 17.
